These recipes are designed to be easy and flexible. There is nothing more gratifying than sitting down to a delicious dish that you can call your own!
So please note that these recipes are a guideline, but NOT a rule – have fun with it! I would love to hear how you alter any recipe, whether it be switching out the fruits and veggies for another or adding in/ changing up the type of meat.

My love for food all started in my Italian grandmothers kitchen who still, to this day, ferments the tomato sauce that started it all on her covered front porch.
