Vegan Banana Split Sundae
This vegan banana split is so easy to pull together. Plus, its completely plant based, naturally sweetened and kid friendly!

Ingredients
- MASCERATED STRAWBERRIES:
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- CHOCOLATE NICE CREAM:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- PB BANANA NICE CREAM:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla
- STRAWBERRY NICE CREAM:
- 1/2 cup strawberries, pulsed in a food processor
- 3 ripe bananas
- Vegan whipped topping, sliced bananas, and crushed nuts, for serving
Directions
- Step 1 Combine the ingredients for the basil mascerated strawberries, let sit in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 2 Blend the ingredients for the nice creams separately in a food processor, then place in individual air tight containers and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Step 3 When the nice creams are frozen enough, scoop one of each flavor into bowls, then top with the strawberries, vegan whip, bananas and crushed nuts.
